Lumora

Terms of Use

Effective November 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CodePixelfy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), for the Lumora app and this website (together, "Lumora"). By downloading or playing Lumora you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Lumora.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lumora for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service, depending on where you got the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Lumora, except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction.

2. Purchases and virtual items

3. Lumora+ subscription

Lumora+ is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.

4. Ads

The free version shows ads, including optional videos that give in-game rewards. Rewards are granted only when a video is watched to the end and may not be available at all times. Our Privacy Policy explains the data involved.

5. Fair play

Please don't cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the app or its data, or use Lumora in a way that breaks the law or harms others. We may fix exploits and reset items obtained through them.

6. Ownership

Lumora, its name, design, code, art and sounds belong to CodePixelfy LLC. Sharing your own scores and screenshots is welcome.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features, levels, prices or items, and may stop offering Lumora. We will try to give notice of major changes in the app. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the update.

8. Disclaimer

Lumora is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that Lumora will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, virtual items or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Lumora purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, Switzerland or Serbia, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.

11. Apple

12. Google Play

If you downloaded Lumora from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Lumora.
