Lumora

Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

The short version

  • You don't need an account. Your game progress is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account.
  • We don't run our own servers for the game and we don't receive your name, email or payment details from it.
  • The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects device data to show and measure those ads. Ads are personalized only if you agree.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

1. Who we are

Lumora is made by CodePixelfy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Lumora apps for iPhone and Android, and this website. Contact: office@codepixelfy.com.

2. Data stored on your device

Lumora saves your coins, level progress, stars, daily streak, sound setting and which purchases you own in the app's local storage on your device. On iPhone, if you are signed in to iCloud, the app also saves a copy of this progress in iCloud key-value storage under your Apple ID, so it appears on your other iPhones and iPads. This copy is stored by Apple in your iCloud account; we cannot see or access it. Deleting the app removes the local copy; the iCloud copy can be removed in iPhone Settings, your name, iCloud.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple on iPhone and by Google Play on Android, under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see your card, Apple ID or Google account details. On your device, the app receives a confirmation from the store with the product you bought and a transaction ID, which it uses to unlock the item and to avoid granting the same purchase twice.

4. Advertising

Unless you have bought Remove ads or Lumora+, the app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve, cap and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the app first asks for your consent through Google's consent form; if you decline, ads are not personalized. On iPhone, if you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared; you can change this in iPhone Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads or delete your advertising ID in Settings, Google, Ads (or Security & privacy, Ads, depending on your phone). Google is contractually required to protect this data at least as well as described in this policy, and uses it only to provide, measure and secure ads. Google's handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. Website hosting

This website runs on our own server, which does not keep access logs. The website sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and uses no analytics.

6. Support emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We keep the conversation for up to two years and then delete it.

7. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Serbia)

PurposeLegal basis
Running the game and unlocking purchasesPerformance of a contract
Personalized adsYour consent, given through the consent form and, on iPhone, the tracking prompt
Non-personalized ads, fraud prevention, securityOur legitimate interest in funding a free game and keeping it safe
Answering support requestsLegitimate interest and, where relevant, contract

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Because we hold no game data about you on our side, most requests are handled on your device: delete the app to erase your progress, and change the tracking setting to withdraw ad consent. For data held by Google or Apple, use their privacy tools. You can also contact us, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell personal information for money. When tracking is allowed, sharing device identifiers with Google for personalized ads may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out by denying tracking on iPhone or by deleting or resetting your advertising ID on Android.

9. International transfers

Apple and Google may process data in the United States and other countries. They rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

10. Children

Lumora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
